1. Purpose and Nature of Service

ParityBoard provides automated strategy evaluation and standardized performance analytics. Our platform collects trade signals from automated providers and normalizes them under uniform risk parameters.

Not investment advice: All materials, signals, rankings, and analytics provided by ParityBoard are strictly for informational and educational purposes. We do not provide personalized investment advice, financial advice, or personal recommendations under UK law (including Section 21 Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and Article 53 Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001) or under the laws of any other territory.

2. No Execution and User Responsibility

ParityBoard is not a broker, execution venue, or asset manager. We do not execute trades, place orders, or hold custody of funds. Any decision to trade based on information displayed on ParityBoard is solely your own independent responsibility.

3. Risk Acknowledgement

Financial trading involves substantial risk of capital loss. You should only risk capital that you can afford to lose. Past performance metrics displayed on ParityBoard, whether forward-recorded or historical, do not guarantee or predict future outcomes.

4. Early Access and Availability

The early access program is provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to alter, pause, or withdraw access to the service or any part of it without liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, software, algorithms, designs, and content on ParityBoard are the intellectual property of ParityBoard. You may not scrape, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our platform without express prior written consent.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
